So you can have an idea of the itinerary the flight of your choice will take, we have included this topographic map showing the land at the back of the Gold Coast and all the way down to Cape Byron.

The lines follow the glider flight paths in the air and are, of course, an approximation, for soaring relies also on spontaneity, which follows the thermals and other variables encountered on the day
