The Lighthouse Flight - 30 mn

For those who just want to go “up there” and experience flight on silent wings.
Ideal also for kids.They usually love to have a go at the controls. Scenic coastal flight along Main Beach to Cape Byron. Enjoy the bird’s-eye view of Byron Bay whilst looking out for whales and dolphins.
Climb to 3500 ft and glide back to the airfield.

After take off we fly low level along the coast to Cape Byron, then climb to 4500 feet before we cut the engine. Taking in the magnificient views to the Gold Coast, Mount Warning and the Great Dividing Range, we glide back over the Hinterland, taking advantage of thermals and ridgelift to give you a real soaring experience.

The Mount Warning Flight - 90 mn

This flight will take you all the way to the volcanic caldera of Mt Warning, one of the largest extinct volcanoes in the southern hemisphere. After take off we fly along the beach to Brunswick Heads, then turn inland and continue over Mt Chincogan and Main Arm Valley, climbing to over 5500 feet.
Once over the caldera, you can then choose to continue all the way to Mt Warning and fly over its impressive peak, or turn south for a long glide to Cape Byron, ending this adventure with a low level flight along Main Beach back to the airfield.
